The FBI building should be built in a wheat field in Kansas. I'm not sure if Kansans would appreciate having a nest of rodents nearby, but they should be nowhere near DC. I'd like to see all agencies spread throughout the country. I think having government drones live near normal people would be good for them.

Empty shopping malls all over the country. I’d save the farm land and put it in one of those.
