Ive seen how this works out in the Terminator movies.
Programmed to kill Patriots with no “ross of rife..”
There is a bright side to this. Robots will make space industry profitable. That means Civilization will finally be able to move off planet ensuring its continued survival.
I’ll bet they all look alike.
Ummm.
The robots will be the ones to go into space. We, the humans, arent going anywhere.
Here is a link which works:

No doubt ready to address the young men facing a dire shortage of young women in China. Either that or China’s next war will be for women.
Yeah!
I’m the first person to post that they will all be programmed to vote Democrat !
Why does space require humanoid robots? Make it profitable?
Robots have certainly done a fine job of exploring . The problem is it took a whole bunch of money with little return. Once these robots start making things up there , including copies of themselves , the money will start rolling in . People always follow the money. Always.
Who thought the catalytic converter crime spree was something...
This will be worse. I just know it will.
Just the other day I was thinking how with everything going towards the computer you’re banking possibly IRS possibly a lot of things will be dependent upon the computer. That means I will never be able (at this point in time) to get computers completely out of my life.
That’s a shame.
What it means is if your computer shuts down brakes and you are offline and unable to pull up files that you previously had to conduct your daily affairs.. you’re screwed.
Somebody needs to develop a device that fries all electronic circuits within a hundred yards.
That is the key . Profit. Whither they are humanoid looking or not , who knows ? The robots that have already been sent out to explore the void have been very successful but looked nothing like anybody I know.
>>Whither they are humanoid looking or not , who knows ?
I’m not convinced that bipedal, humanoid form factors will win out.
Possibly quadrupedal limbs specialized for locomotion with two additional limbs specialized for manipulation will be better.
Or maybe quadrupedal with the two front limbs having separate snap-on, snap-off accessories for locomotion versus manipulation.
Has anyone asked an AI what the optimal form factor for a robot is?
the more they raise in minimum wage the faster this will happen.
I figure the insect model will win out. Most of the things that crawl around Earth happen to be bugs
Re: Beijing Prepares For Rise Of Human Robots
Translation...
Beijing is sending thousands of Chinese STEM graduate students to USA and European universities.
The problem with Chinese Terminators is that a half hour after murdering you they feel like murdering you again.
7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle: and on their heads were, as it were, crowns like gold: and their faces were as the faces of men. 8 And they had hair as the hair of women; and their teeth were as lions: 9 And they had breastplates as breastplates of iron, and the noise of their wings was as the noise of chariots and many horses running to battle. 10 And they had tails like to scorpions, and there were stings in their tails; and their power was to hurt men five months. - Rev 9
