The State of South Dakota is facing almost the same Constitutional amendment in November 2024 if the proponents are able to gather sufficient signatures to get it on the ballot.

Proponents are using deceptive tactics claiming it is a women’s health issue in order to gather signatures from folks not reading and understanding the deceptive and broad wording of the amendment.

It’ll very likely pass. Babies have become a “career speed bump” and a ton of women and feminine, self-hating men are all about being allowed to kill them. Getting that promotion and raise is more important than the self-sacrifice and work it takes to raise a wonderful child.

I’ll be watching and praying people come to their senses, or a silent majority overcomes this potential tragedy.

Weed will likely be legal too. So the babies that survive can get good and stoned and compliant.

Done and Lord have mercy. The deceitful tactics used to procure YES votes are just unbelievably overt, the proponents unbelievably naive, and the popularity of child sacrifice and mutilation... unbelievable.

I also tried to discuss the situation with folks who were very against Issue 1a (hardening the Constitution change process) yet are somehow are all in for today’s Issue 1b which, changes the Constitution. They seemingly morphed from libertarian to commie in ~60 days. What they couldn’t procure via Bylaw, they attempt to force via Constitution. The total disregard and hypocrisy is again, unbelievable. Why am I so surprised..?

Correct. And they are flushed with cash from the liberal grassroots while the opposition struggles to raise even a fraction of the funds. The proponents' TV ads are warm and soft - portraying it as a conservative, pro-family values vote in tone and appearance.

They're trying to put a bit of a "conservative spin" on it.

1. A fake couple who had to go out of state to treat a miscarriage situation.
2. A fake father with extremely white teeth and no wedding ring saying he was raised pro-life but is not pro-abortion after having kids.
3. A “pastor” talking about not judging people with an out of context bible quote.
4. The big scary “extreme abortion ban” info graphic
5. The news anchor lady exaggerating a story about the “10 year old”
6. Another big scary “women’s reproductive rights” info graphic
7. A slimy conservative spin about proper place of government when families make private decisions

1. A lady telling us in a nice way to not slaughter babies.

Not sure I've even seen that. All I can recall seeing on the "No" side are yard signs. Quite a lot of yard signs, to be fair. But not much else.
