No, it won't. DeSantis' presidential aspirations are over after the butt-kicking Trump is going to hand him in the primaries. Even Florida legislators are moving to Trump.

He simply sends a congratulatory letter to the winner that the Florida Commission Status of Women chooses each year. This was started by Gov. Chiles. It’s an annual report that the AG takes care of and sends the name for the letter to the governor’s office.
But enjoy your gullible moment of thrills to breathlessly report to the other DDS fans. It wasn’t that hard to look up and was certainly suspicious on many levels with Jack Posobiec’s X account being so lacking in detail about his propaganda moment of the day.
If DeSantis was personally involved in sending out this letter and was familiar with the individual, it is indeed a story.
However, Looks like one of those form letters that goes out from the governor’s office generically to anyone given an “award.” Given the source, that’s probably what it is to create an artificial “scandal.”
Why such an award went out from the Commission would be the story and also DeSantis putting tighter controls on what goes out under his name would still be a legitimate issue to explore. But it is obviously nonsensical to the point of embarrassing for the people posting here suggesting this piece of paper alone negates the policies DeSantis has consistently implemented throughout his entire tenure as governor.
