As their two year illusion collapses, they’re putting their fingers in their ears and shutting their 👀. I’m not going to ever let them forget 🤣👍

Ukraine is still Ukraine. The “illusion” of Russia as a Super Power is gone. Forever. No amount of arm chair fantasies and day dreams will change those realities.

https://www.moonofalabama.org/2023/11/the-ukraine-peace-talk-trial-balloon.html#more

Russia will likely agree to peace talks. But it probably will demand more than Ukraine is willing to give. At a minimum that is the full control over the five oblast it has annexed, including Crimea, and no NATO relations with Ukraine. The current Ukrainian parliament will probably reject those requests which will then lead to further Russian demands.

Kiev has yet to acknowledge reality. The Ukrainian state has been bleeding out - financially as well as physically. Its masters have found that their aim at the start of the war - to weaken Russia - has led to the opposite. Russia now has a bigger and better armed military with more real war experience than any of its possible opponents.

Russia has won.

Ukraine has lost 500,000 troops and thousands more are amputees. It's lost 40,000 square miles. But, they "destroyed" on Russian warship!

Crazy people walkin' round
With blood in their eyes
And all she wants to do is dance, dance, dance
Wild-eyed pistol-wavers
] Who ain't afraid to die
And all she wants to do is
All she wants to do is dance

Keep dancing, Megan.

If Ukraine isn't getting its ass kicked, why do you think this is occurring?

https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2023/11/06/united-states-finally-begins-pressuring-ukraine-to-start-peace-talks-with-putin-report/

After hundreds of thousands of lives lost and hundreds of billions of dollars spent, American officials have reportedly begun quietly pressuring Ukraine to open peace talks with Russia amid growing concerns about dwindling manpower.

Despite Moscow’s overwhelming military advantage over Kyiv in terms of manpower being apparent from the outset of the war — with Russia having three times the population to draw on than Ukraine — officials in the United States are apparently finally realising the impossibility of the former Soviet state defeating Putin’s forces.

According to a report from NBC News, citing an unnamed current senior U.S. official and a former senior U.S. official familiar with the matter, backdoor discussions took place last month to pressure the Zelensky government to enter into peace talks with the Kremlin amid growing concerns from President Biden about Ukraine’s ability to maintain an effective fighting force.

“Manpower is at the top of the administration’s concerns right now,” one U.S. official told the news outlet, explaining that even if the Biden administration could supply Ukraine with additional weaponry, “if they don’t have competent forces to use them it doesn’t do a lot of good”. It has been estimated that Ukraine has suffered upwards of 200,000 casualties since the invasion last year.

Nevertheless, President Biden is continuing to push Congress to approve an additional $61.4 billion in aid to Ukraine on top of the $113 billion already committed. The White House has attempted to link the funding for Ukraine to emergency funding for Israel to pressure some Republicans to drop their opposition to the latest funding package to Kyiv.

Ruzzia was supposed to be on the Polish border by March 1, 2022. They also expected to conquer Moldova by the end of that same March. Neither happened.

Ruzzia started this war with the goal of conquering Ukraine and then Moldova. Their goal hasn’t happened.

They haven’t demilitarized any other country but Ruzzia.

And Ukraine takes delivery of their first F-16 fighters in the next few weeks.

It is time for Ruzzia to quit their stupid war and go home.

The pictures of the ship look like it’s a total loss. But yes, you’re spot on right that the Ukies next need to obliterate the entire base.

One of the best indicators of how much the Russian Ministry of Defense is upset is how busy Free Republic's pro-Russian posters are.

Based on this thread the Russian MOD bosses must be really mad that their new ship just got blown apart.

The people getting shot are not mercenaries, and the shooters appear to be Russians, or confused Ukrainians.

Unfortunately both things happen in war. Sometimes soldiers mistake an enemy combatant for a friendly soldier. And sometimes soldiers fire on their own fellow soldiers by mistake.

Fighting in a war where you don't speak the language of the other soldiers is very risky.

Russia never, ever intended to take all of Ukraine. It only intended to liberate the ethnically Russian part of the country, which has, and build a land bridge from mainland Russia to Crimea.

Do you always cheer the death of Americans?

Or only when they are fighting against your favorite tyrant?
