Every single US Jew could vote r and not make any difference in national elections, at least to my understanding. They live in urban areas in dem states, for the most part. Donations to political parties might make a difference, though...but who knows.
I wouldn't go that far. A lot of Jews live in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida. And Jews live in many suburbs.
Also, liberal Jews not voting and not donating to Democrats would make a big difference
