There may not be a “rapture” per se as folks have been taught... because the kingdom of heaven is amongst us, and getting caught up in that MIGHT just be something supernatural and transformative... where believers see and participate in heaven openly, where the unbelievers just hear the thunder, before they are wiped out.
THis could be planet earth... on its own global “road to damascus” like saul going to tarsus... he saw jesus and was smitten with blindness, so that the kingdom of god would prevail..
