Presidents retain their security clearances even after leaving office. They have it for life.
Space Form has had for at least the 2020 election. Maybe someone with proper clearance will introduce it as evidence.
If this is the beginning of the culmination a bunch of us have been anticipating; and if this court and the DS attempt to deny its use/bury it; Then I would expect the Military Tribunal from Gitmo to step in, overrule Smith’s corrupt charade and reveal to the world the whole mountain of evidence that 2020 and 2022 were both stolen, and overturn them both.
