You're mistaken. The Caracal Battalion is the first of three mixed gender battalions, almost 15 years old. It's about 70% female. A quick google search would have avoided the embarassment of implying these were Ukranian models being paid for whatever one wants. You'll find plenty of pictures too.

As to Israeli propaganda I'd note the article and headline comes from the Daily Mail, an English paper, not the IDF. The Jerusalem Post, also a private not government paper more popular in the West than Israel ran a similar story with the headline Squad of female IDF combat troops eliminated nearly 100 Hamas terrorists. Toned down headline. Different paper, that's all.

The Caracal Battalion unit was later reinforced by soldiers from a Navy Special Forces unit and together they continued to engage Hamas for the next 14 hours until the terrorists were either dead or had fled.

A quick google search would have led you to these guys, who according to the article showed up and reinforced the all-female tank crew:

Shayetet 13

Who do you supposed did most of the shooting and killing? What does common sense tell you? Or do you still want to maintain that the headline All-Female Israeli 'Lionesses' Combat Unit of Just 13 soldiers 'Killed Nearly 100 Hamas Gunmen is NOT propaganda?

I'm not even saying it's bad propaganda, but it's propaganda nonetheless, designed to humiliate Hamas and appeal to Western feminist sensibilities.
