As to Israeli propaganda I'd note the article and headline comes from the Daily Mail, an English paper, not the IDF. The Jerusalem Post, also a private not government paper more popular in the West than Israel ran a similar story with the headline Squad of female IDF combat troops eliminated nearly 100 Hamas terrorists. Toned down headline. Different paper, that's all.
November 13, 2007. The Karakal Battalion during its first winter training session, held in an open area in Southern Israel.

A quick google search would have led you to these guys, who according to the article showed up and reinforced the all-female tank crew:
Who do you supposed did most of the shooting and killing? What does common sense tell you? Or do you still want to maintain that the headline All-Female Israeli 'Lionesses' Combat Unit of Just 13 soldiers 'Killed Nearly 100 Hamas Gunmen is NOT propaganda?
I'm not even saying it's bad propaganda, but it's propaganda nonetheless, designed to humiliate Hamas and appeal to Western feminist sensibilities.
