ohnson & Johnson's (NYSE:JNJ) chief litigation lawyer said that the company is weighing the possibility of another bankruptcy filing in its attempt to deal with tens of thousands of lawsuits related to its talcum powder products.
If the healthcare giant goes ahead with the filing, it would be the third attempt to use bankruptcy as a way to handle talc litigation after it has been beaten back twice.

just read that A judge just ordered that Alex Jones can’t use bankruptcy to get out of his $1.3 billion dollar judgement against him-
They made billions off the clot shots. Probably killed off a bunch of litigants.
The talcum powder works on crotch rot. Feels good rubbing it in!
That’s a new one on me (metaphor) ;-)
Bye bye, vax bitches.
I’d love to see J&J in bankruptcy.
Here are similar lawsuits I predict will happen in the future:
sunscreen - smearing chemicals all over your body never ends well.
caffeine - specifically high-caffeine energy drinks marketed to kids. Hooking children on a known addictive drug never ends well.
The energy drinks have caffeine but more importantly, they have Vitamin B12.
It is the B12 that carries the day until it is all gone.
I was watching that special on netflix about vaping and how they went after them for marketing to children not because it was dangerous but simply because Nicotine was addictive, and I instantly thought.. oh my! Caffeine is next is that is the standard!
