That’s complete bull shit, pardon my French. My family experienced this first hand in onbase housing at Ft. Bragg. They are clean. The mold was in places that you cannot clean. It is due to piss poor military contracts that build and maintain housing.

Exactly. Poor ventilation due to poor construction is the main cause of mold. The troops can only clean what they can get to.
