That scholarship project is very nice, but Bud Lite management would be smarter to refrain from doing any new public outreach at all for about 3 years, providing less to be reacted to. Complete prior commitments, but don’t slap the Bud Lite label onto anything more that is needlessly controversial. Besides, their label is in tatters. Not everyone would want to boast they got a big financial boost from that brand right now.

I detested Bud even before their she-he adventure. I think the beer is garbage. But to their credit they have given a lot of money and scholarships to Gold Star children- this is nothing new.
