This is becoming a farce.

Joe Biden was elected by 306 Electors, appointed by various State Legislatures, including those of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona.

Their certificates of ascertainment were transmitted to the Seat of Government of the United States. They were opened and counted. There were no competing certificates to be reconciled.

No State Legislature objected. No State Legislature even convened to discuss objections.

And, in three of the States (at least), Republican majorities were replaced at the next election with Democrats.

Issues about “voting” are properly addressed by State Legislatures who have SOLE AUTHORITY over this process.

There’s nothing more to discuss, and courts have no role to play. Voters want to hear about the future. When I was a kid, Harold Stassen was a punchline, and we are heading in that direction.

Exactly. The prospects for fixing the 2020 election ended when the legislatures did nothing to correct the problem before (and even after) Election Day.

If it were up to me, I would have had the legislatures in some of those states convene in December 2020 and vote to approve a slate of electors for an obscure candidate who was on the ballot but wasn't going to win.
