Israel has asked the United States for $10 billion in emergency military aid, The New York Times reports, citing three officials familiar with the request.
The aid package is currently being put together by Congress in coordination with the White House and will also include funds for Ukraine, Taiwan and the US-Mexico border, according to NYT.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said during a visit to Tel Aviv on Sunday that US lawmakers have discussed providing Israel with replacement ammunition for the Iron Dome missile defense system, precision-guided bombs, JDAM kits to turn standard bombs into precision munitions and 155-millimeter ammunition.
The American people always get f’d and get nothing in return but a bunch of slime invading our country.

There’s too much debt already. The Federal Reserve thinks economic growth comes with lots of debt and low interest rates. The Fed succeeded in that banks, consumers and The Federal government went wild in borrowing money (to finance the interests of other profligate countries), but now a hangover is happening as inflation surged and interest rates rose.
First, debt laden banks. Paper losses on the most opaque part of US banks’ bond portfolios are now close to $400bn — an all-time high, and 10 per cent above the peak at the start of the year that caused the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank.
Rising interest rates are really causing havoc at banks, particularly small banks. The US 10-year Treasury yield rose again after a brief respite in rate increases.
And The Federal government is seeing interest payments on their massive $33 TRILLION debt load. Rising Treasury yields = higher US interest payments on debt … really fast. And with interest rates rising, Americans are seeing a surge in debt.

NASA
Etc.

Now that we are financing a second war, time to put the Ukraine war financing tar baby in slacker Germany’s court’ Germany has more of a vital national security interest in a war in its backyard. We don’t and yet, we have been funding what wealthy Western Europe should have been funding. For every dollar we provide in military aid to Israel, Germany has to provide to Ukraine. If we give Israel 10 billion, tell Zelensky to take his tin cup to Germany and we don’t give him a dime until Germany coughs up 10 billion to him. After that, they are on their own
