Rep. Don Bacon is still opposed to Jim Jordan as speaker. Told us that he will vote for another candidate tomorrow (wouldn’t say who).

BUCK says he will meet with Jordan tonight and had three big questions on his mind.
He doesn’t elaborate on his concerns but says he is a “lean NO” at the moment.

I just caught up with JIM JORDAN on his way into the closed GOP meeting.
“On Friday when we left, I said if you have concerns, I’d love to hear from you. And we’ve been doing that all weekend. .. that’s exactly how I think you should operate. That’s how we operate our committee. I’ll talk about those things with our colleagues.

I just had a productive conversation with @Jim_Jordan about our shared priorities for this Congress.
We both agree on the need to pass a strong NDAA, fund our government, support our troops, and secure our border.
Jim has my support for Speaker.
Now is the time to come together as a Republican Party and get back to doing the work of the American people.
This guy is a committee vice chair... so they’re closing ranks.
My prediction is Jordan will win but it’ll be razor thin
