This gag order is unconstitutional.
But Chutkin has royally screwed the procedural pooch.( GOOD!)
President Trump will appeal this gag order and this will delay the trial , perhaps until after the election.
President Trump has multiple grounds from which to appeal this unconstitutional gag order, including the comment she made that “criminals do not get to say anything they want.”
Under our system of Justice all accused persons are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.That means President Trump has the full constitutional rights , including freedom of speech to publicly criticize the prosecutor and the judge or any witness.All this schtick about “creating violence” is not factual.
When Trump gets to the part of his speech where he talks about judicial corruption, he can make a gag of it by introducing an “interpreter” who is free to say whatever he wants, while Trump merely gestures. Like a classic SNL skit.
It would be hilarious and get more attention than a simple speech.
Gives Trump ace cards to hold for an appeal and change of venue. Play their game our way. Learn the rules and racks, and then legally shove them up the leftists judges asses.
