Depends on what game you are playing. I live in New England, where expulsion of the RINOs from Federal office has resulted in replacement by extreme leftists.
Now, the FR believers in an imaginary Republican Party view this as an opportunity to use that imaginary GOP to make things better.
But, since large majorities of Americans despise the objectives of the actually existing GOP, reducing that actual GOP to permanent minority status by expelling the “RINOs” will defeat your objectives before you get started.
The solution to the RINO problem is to replace the GOP with a real right wing party that will work on behalf of Americans and reverse the disastrous errors of the actually existing GOP when they have been given power since 1994.

That's great. But that's really up to their constituents, isn't it? I don't live in a House district that Biden won, so I can't vote for or against any of the 18 Republican House members in those districts.
