If you live in Gaza Strip, you are an Egyptian or Peninsular Arab.
If you live in the West Bank, you are Jordanian, Peninsular Arab, or Bedouin.
If you are in a refugee camp in Lebanon or Syria, you are Syrian or Anatolian Muslims (Turks).

There are three entities.
One, Gaza is a warren of unneeded humanity incapable of existing in the world
It’s no where close to that description.
There are Jews in all of those places. There are Americans sprinkled in. Those in Anatolia were Greek, before Turks genocide and forced migration.
Bedouin (aka Saudi) are not your normal Muslim.
I have close friends in Cairo. I spent 7 years following the Syrian conflict. I had very close contacts in N. Syria. Kurds, Alivi, Syriac Christians, Egyptian (Egyptians are not Arabs, many are not Muslim).
