I shall be drinking a glass of Southern Comfort egg nog with milk. It’s a decadent drink and one of my vices but I don’t care. Life is good.

I disagree with the timing but I agree McCarth deserved it. They had all year to prepare those budget bills and didn’t do it. He also made the mistake of sounding arrogant before the vote. Sort of like Bush saying See ya at the bill signing (on amnesty)

I agree. Gaetz couldn't have done this. But maybe someone used him as a front. Maybe it was smart. McCarthy was overconfident because he saw this idiot. He was misdirected away from the real plot.
