Gaetz has long been my favorite Congressman, as my posting history shows, but it appears this was a bad mistake, for many reasons. The result will be the Democrats back in control, and more Omnibus bills as far as the eyes can see. Might take a couple years for that reality to take place, but it will I bet. Gaetz just destroyed whatever momentum the new Republican Congress had. And yes there was some momentum in our favor.
So McCarthy’s Hail Mary move to democrats, to table the Hunter Biden proceedings…is off the table?

Please. If Pelosi gave the Republicans most of what they wanted as Speaker, she’d have been bounced out of the Speakership. Now that McCarthy has done the same for the Demonrats, he deserves the boot. It’s time for a NON-Derp State Conservative as Speaker.

Republicans Good, Gaetz, Crane, Mace, Rosendale, Davidson, Spartz, Burchett, Biggs, Buck, and Corey Mills all voted to remove McCarthy. Will Jim Jordan be the next Speaker to unify the Republican Caucus?
