The judge mis-spoke. When referring to his clerk he meant to say gag reflex.
Valid basis for a gag order:
“In Nebraska Press Ass’n v. Stuart, the U.S. Supreme Court considered the following factors in analyzing the constitutionality of a gag order: ‘(a) the nature and extent of pretrial news coverage; (b) whether other measures would be likely to mitigate the effects of unrestrained pretrial publicity; and (c) how effectively a restraining order would operate to prevent the threatened danger [of an unfair trial for defendant].’ “

Sorry but that pertains to a jury trial. This is a bench trial which makes the gag order seem an abuse of judicial discretion.

This could be used nicely during campaign rallies.
Play up the gag order. Invite the average citizen to speak in Trump’s place. Various blue collar background talking about their problems in Biden’s America.
Allow them to talk about Trump’s persecution, daily life, or how the Democrats are destroying the American Dream.
Really play it up. Make Trump a folk hero.
The end of every rally should have a send-off quote; use Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address:
“that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”
The 2024 Presidential election should be seen as The Deep State vs The People.

I’ve been listening to various news reports about this, and the fact that he actually removed the posting. This was a very unforced unforced, even if truthful.
There is no evidence that Schumer is having an affair with Greenfield. He has been married to his wife for 40 years.
The judge was ticked because Trump posted personal info about one of the judges staff. The gag order is limited and only concerns discussing or sharing personal info about the court staff.
Unforced error, imo, by Trump.
This is a nothingburger.
