Russian authorities accidentally revealed the addresses of the country's secret military buildings, institutions, and spy homes, in Moscow and in St. Petersburg, an investigative site found.
The Dossier Center, a project launched by Russian opposition figure Mikhail Khodorkovsky, found the addresses listed in a 434-page document titled "Special Group", which was published on the Moscow City Hall website. The document listed properties where there must be "no blackouts."
The list reportedly included a range of top-secret government facilities, homes belonging to GRU (the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation) officers and President Vladimir Putin's secret service, an ammunition depot, and more.
The document was signed by Vyacheslav Torsunov, the head of the housing and communal services department, and Andrey Kovalev, the director of Mosenergosbyt, which sells electric energy to subscribers in the Moscow region. It was approved by the mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin.
The list also included the details of two apartments associated with Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service, which are either inhabited by department employees or used for conducting special operations.

That sounds like something we would do.
Why direct people through MSN and extra clicking and a poorer version of the article, why not send them to the source?

We have a similar address book in the US for use during the inevitable rolling blackouts that will need to occur as we “transition” to suicidal energy.
It’s a simple matter to keep some lights on by address, thanks to smart meters.
Update for the conflict in Ukraine for October 2, 2023
- Ukraine’s offensive is now at the 4 month mark, exhausting its potential and failing to achieve any of its objectives;
- The Western media admits that Russia has actually gained more territory this year including during the Ukrainian offensive despite being on the defensive;
- Russia continues degrading a variety of Ukrainian military capabilities the West cannot sufficiently replace while maintaining pressure along the line of contact;
- Both the Russian economy and its military industrial base are admittedly growing while Ukraine and its Western sponsors exhaust their stockpiles, lacking the ability to renew them;
- The West continues talking about building military industrial projects within Ukrainian territory, with the UK recently claiming they may send British troops to “train” Ukrainians in Ukraine;
So, now that some moron in the Western media has leaked the fact that the leak occurred, Putin will take defenestrative measures.
CIA response: “Gosh. Really?”
that’s not “updates”, that’s just your usual Russian lies & propaganda
and no proof or links are ever provided, of course
I doubt the western intel people want to see Pooty a$$-——@ted. Much worse warhawks (such as Medvedev) would take his place.
CIA PROPAGANDA ALERT
