I watched
the video, and I don't see the assault and battery. I agree the prankster is a complete jerk. I don't feel any sympathy for him. But, he never touches the delivery man or even blocks him in. The delivery man was right to knock his phone away. He would've been right to shove him away. But, he also had plenty of room to keep walking away.
