There are 220+ GOP House members, and when they gathered after the 2022 elections to select a House Speaker candidate, McCarthy had the support of almost 190 of them. The rest of the candidates combined only had the support of 30+ Republicans.

I would like Matt Gaetz to explain to Republican voters which Republican House Speaker would get anything done to move his agenda forward.
