There should be some pretty good class action lawsuits stemming from this.

Surely there are a couple of trial lawyers interested in a case with 60 percent of the nation’s population in the injured class and every big business deep pocket in the country in the wrong. Surely?

I generally don’t “root” for lawers, but yes...let’s hope there are many class action lawsuits stemming from this.
