I generally don’t “root” for lawers, but yes...let’s hope there are many class action lawsuits stemming from this.
Come to think of it, the race to the courthouse might be interesting. One would need to find a member of the injured class with a good story to tell. With 60 percent of the nation’s population in the injured class, that shouldn’t be hard. But where?
Maybe Idaho, but not a college town. Or the UP of Michigan. Southern Indiana, staying away from Bloomington or Evansville. Should be plenty of options.
