My only memory of Carville was, as an airline pilot waiting in the Denver jet bridge to take an airplane on the next leg westbound, he blew by the agent and the flight attendants to get off the aircraft. Almost knocked me down. (The trip was early, BTW.)
He was seated in 2B or 3B first class, and left his seat and the adjacent floor surrounded with newspapers and junk. Filthy. The poor flight attendants were in tears - he had treated them like lowlife sh!t servants. What a SOB.
(Been retired 19 years now; that sticks in my mind as one of the worst passengers EVER in 30+ years of airline flying.)
