A massive manhunt is underway in Indiana after detention center employees accidentally released a murder suspect and kept the debacle under wraps for six days for a "tactical advantage" in finding him.
Marion County Sheriff's Office said in a press release that 28-year-old Kevin Mason was mistakenly released from the Adult Detention Center (ADC) on September 13, two days after his arrest, "due to a faulty record review" by staff.

FOX 9 Minneapolis said that Mason is connected to the fatal shooting outside the Shiloh Temple, a Pentecostal church, in Minneapolis in 2021.

So, the public was put at risk with a suspected murderer on the loose? You would think just from a liability standpoint they would have announced his escape soon after he wasn’t immediately found.

This is do to a Democrat drunk mayor, Joe Hoggset a complicit prosecutor and a compliant media.
The city is now a very dangerous sewer.

Marion County is Indianapolis. The city is turning into Detroit thanks to bad leadership and incompetence (Mayor, IMPD Police Chief, County Sheriff, Prosecutor). Downtown Indy is a shadow of what it used to be.
They voted for these Democrats (after a successful two terms by a Republican mayor) so they get to live with it.
Indiana still isn’t over Dillinger busting out of Crown Point.
They’re saying multiple people were in on it.

I hope Hoggsett goes down the toilet in the election this year. I don’t get to vote for mayor there, because I’m in Hendricks, but it would be nice to get him out of there. He’s been a total disaster.
