She almost certainly got top marks for her Border work, the open borders situation is exactly what Biden's handlers desired.
She will run rough over 2A rights and quite a bit of damage will occur at both local and federal levels before the constitutional violations can effectively reach the USSC. She will again get high marks and be well compensated by his handlers.
OTOH, is the argument they gave her this assignment to generate some hate by good Dems who can be counted on to vote against her in any primaries.
This is somewhat similar to Trump's prosecutor not necessarily being concerned about getting a clean conviction. He is concerned about tainting Trump's image, the goal is by the time it gets to the USSC Trump will have lost the election and the court will not reverse that loss.

No. Hillary would have destroyed Kamala. Harder, more forcefully that she “leaned on” and threatened the women Clinton assaulted and raped back in Arkansas.
Kamala, on the other hand, is not smart enough and astute enough to have fallen (or smart enough to succumb underneath Hillary. By resisting Hillary, or by giggling and laughing off in front of Hillary (or worse, talking about Hillary behind Hillary back, she would have tied herself in front of the cannon barrel.
