Frankly, I'm offended that anybody should even think of commemorating the people who propagated that hideous disease among us. They were perverts, not heroes. Like building a monument to Satan, or Hitler.

The controversial sculpture, meant to honor those who lost their lives to HIV and AIDSWhy do we honor those that died of a self inflicted disease? It would be just as logical to erect a giant bottle of Jack Daniels for those that died of cirrhosis. Jack Daniels is fine sour mash bourbon and I recommend it highly but in moderation.
