Different situation in South Africa than America. A thirst for vengeance and the politics of envy are destroying the legacies of the white farmers and technocrats that could have blessed the whole of the population of South Africa, not just whites but the blacks, Arabs, Indians...everyone. The colonial history was not good but not many in South Africa’s majority are wise about not repeating the mistakes in history.
Fortunately not every nation on the African continent has despised the white farmers from S.A. or from Zimbabwe and these nations have been reaping the benefits of what these experienced white farmers can bring to their nations.
You are trying to link the behaviors of certain USA inner city black feral youths with the behaviors of natives in South Africa, as though this was something genetic. The logic doesn’t follow. There is no supported evidence that one race is more genetically violent than another. Education or the lack of it, and the lack of strong moral teaching is often the deciding factor as to what a human will develop into.
Most nations in Africa are not slaughtering white people as a general rule though tribal groups may slaughter each other. The biggest issuse are the fights between Christian tribes and Muslims in the Northwest and central Africa.
