Very much so, new factories, upgrading of old factories, better financing, better contracts, and the West is finalizing tweaks on standardization on all sorts of artillery ammo and missiles.
Hey, nobody has any doubt that British intelligence would murder people for having a contrary opinion. British intelligence knowingly lied about Donald Trump, claiming he was a Russian spy. They lied to get us into World War I and destroyed the undersea cable between Europe and America. They lied about the Lusitania which really was carrying war munitions. It’s a grand tradition in England which goes back hundreds of years.

Well, the US defense industrial base (ie., funding, planning, and building the factories) was ramping up strongly in the period immediately prior. And we have, what, 10x the bureaucracy? (Not quite as bad as the present day Germans, though.)
