Indeed, Russia is already pursuing many in the world who are doing anti-Russian comments. They fall from the 8th floor, are being poisoned, or simply are sent to rot in Russian “Gulags” if they are taken inside Russia.
In Russia, the Kremlin deep-state people have put in-place a tell and snitch program where everyone is spying on their neighbours. If you say the word “WAR” in Russia, you’ll be arrested and get 5 years in prison for being a non-patriot!
Since about 10% of Freepers are pro neo-soviet-russia, they have nothing to fear. Putin will let them roam aimlessly like usual.
But for the estimated 90% of Freepers being anti-communists, and anti-neo-soviets, we might be in danger or something happening to us on the orders of the Kremlin.
We have seen Russia’s wrath all over the planet again and again. So all this shouldn’t come as a surprise.
The "threat" you watched is either satire, or a parody, or a crude attempt to fool people as gullible as you.
Try looking at some other material posted by "Na'omi Ducaena Allen" and you will see she has nothing to do with the Ukrainian government, and what she says is more aligned with an offspring of the Babylon Bee and Vladimir Putin than anything else.
For example, from another one of her posts:

She is pretty clear about what she is doing and who she is:

Since she creates fake videos, it is hard to believe anything she says is true, but she claims to be US military vet who "defected to the other side".
