>>FIVE YEARS FOR A MURDER?????....OUTRAGEAOUS!................................
To be specific, 1 year of prison for murder, 1 year credit for sitting at home on the couch playing video games, 3 years “supervised probation”. And while he’s inside, he won’t be allowed to drive. This sentence was intended as more a pat on the back than a slap on the wrist.
From the article:
A state district court judge reportedly gave Brandt the sentencing with nearly a year of credit for time served under house arrest, including three years’ supervised probation and a yearlong suspension of his driver’s license.
Can a sentence be appealed to make it longer?..................
He shot rot in hell.
