Wasn’t Rosenbaum let out of prison that morning so he could “parrticipate”?
To: Twotone
So the kid that Rosenbaum raped in Tucson should sue his estate.

The video of Rosenbaum’s behavior prior to the shooting should provide ample evidence he was an unhinged threat.

When did the law change as to allow Criminals to SUE their Victims for damages as a result of their Criminal Acts??

Rosenbaum was one in the Army Wing of the ‘Rat Party and Rittenhouse is a firm believer in Personal Liberty and Responsibility.

Too bad Kyle doesn’t have a time machine…so he could go back and shoot the sob all over again.

I want lovers of criminals to suffer from their stupidity.
Honey, your boyfriend tried to kill people, and greatly hurt an innocent person.

To everyone in the country:
Tell me again how our system of pseudo justice is so good.
This is like the man falling through the house skylight onto the island kitchen counter and cutting himself on a blade and then suing the homeowner for the injury during his attempted robbery of the home.

Mr Rittenhouse went pew pew. Mr Molester got owies. Mr Molester’s family is sad. They want Mr Rittenhouse to be sad. Mr Rittenhouse is not sad; he has a girlfriend.

Many freepers seem to think that is a perfectly acceptable practice. And they just love to point to OJ Simpson as if that justifies the practice.

Rittenhouse should file his own civil suit against the family.

This is, IMO, double jeopardy.

This is, IMO, double jeopardy. Double jeopardy does not apply to civil cases.

Pre-teen.
Five.
At least one of his victims was only five.
Marinate your brain in that for a moment.

Was that the pedophile who grabbed Kyle’s weapon??
Kyle should sue them back but add a few more zeros.

I know the rules - my comment was, “it’s not right”.

"When did the law change as to allow Criminals to SUE their Victims for damages as a result of their Criminal Acts??"
That was one of the reasons that I left law enforcement decades ago.
For a short (as I can make it) example:
Imagine a criminal takes a hostage with a gun to the hostage's head.
I make a perfect head shot without injuring the hostage, but now the criminal's family lost their son.
Criminally, I did nothing wrong, BUT the criminal's family can take me to civil court and sue me for every penny I have because I took the life of their son.
(And this was in Texas!)
I didn't want any part of that, so I left and went to Japan.
