Black people are unlikely to vote in any real numbers for Republicans in 2024. Not for Trump. Not for DeSantis. Not for Tim Scott.
The angry response to this is because you've become so accustomed to being lied to and scammed that actual truth is this strange, foreign thing you're not used to.
Does this mean that advocating for Conservatism in Black communities is a lost cause? Absolutely not. And I believe it is a worthy one for reasons BEYOND just attempting to gain more Republican votes.
But anyone who is telling you the Black vote will be 20-25% for Republicans in 2024 is not being honest. In fact, they're lying. They lie to you about lots of things. This is only one of them.
(Video at link)
How much did the black vote increase for Trump in 2020 vs 2016?
Blacks will never vote for Republican but they might not bother voting for a dem. Especially one like Biden that has made their lives worse.
Firmly planted on the plantation.
Looks like 4%
So now you are trashing Goldwater.
Many inner-city Blacks will not step foot into a voting booth, but their ballot will be “harvested” for any (D) running for president.
LOL! I was just looking for a graph.
Yep, they are still slaves to the demoncrats...
And the black Queens will vote 80% for the Democrat, which will NOT be Joe Biden, thus cancelling the 30%.
There’s validity in trying to make gains with black voters but not at the expense of core constituencies and more reliable swing vote demographics (ex: suburban moms).
You’re an insane woman.
Try 94+%.
They’ll vote for Trump because he was arrested.
Bkmk
Then vote for West and do the country a favor.
Black folks have shown a penchant for openly perpetuating their own misery. I believe in 2020 Trump did better than average with minorities , relatively speaking (remember Trump bucks?). As much as the right may be culturally ignorant or just plain stubborn many of the left are just plain stupid or gluttons for punishment , for there is virtue in their minds in being a victim. I feel like I am familiar with their culture...based on my age, where Ive lived, where I work , who I work with, for how long Ive worked here.... I am not sure what a white man with GOP ideologies can do to help them. Unless GOP wants to get into the welfare/entitlement game, defunding the police and looking the other way at criminals... I dont see it.
Treat them like minorities and they vote like minorities.
Not very different from the White people who prospered under Trump, but didn’t bother to vote for him.
I think hter ewill be a slightly higher percentage of blacks voting Republican in 2024 than in 2020, but it’s not going to be massive.
