A lot is riding on this, and he will have had 3 years to gather his evidence by the time the trial starts.

I hope you are not suggesting that the defense has the burden of proof. 3 years would be Aug 1 2026.

That said, his attempts to delay the trial, and attack everyone associated with it, does not exude confidence.

Maybe some day you or I will have to face a DC kangaroo court. In terms of power, the FEDS have at least a 100 to 1 advantage. I don't consider DC to be US territory now.

Trump is trying to win an election, and the marxist judge's selection is one day before Super Tuesday. That is more naked election interference. A 90% anti-Trump jury pool at least. I think you and I would both expect that unless some unlikely event occurs, they will convict regardless of the evidence.

Oh, so you think Trump should now be given SIX (6) years to finally prove the election was stolen. Ok. My guess is he won't get that long.

Probably correct. I can't imagine many people living in DC approve of what happened on J6. But Trump could at least finally try to prove his case in the court of public opinion. Hopefully he can. But it's not clear he will argue his innocence more than he will claim he is a victim, which has been his M/O so far.
