How about this sentence in the article:

The word “mandate” isn’t there but what does HE MAY FORCE EVERYONE TO TAKE IT actually mean?

OR
2) Senile Joe actually thinks he has some authority to force everyone to take a vaccination.

He doesn't.

This is not a Biden quote, but the author's spin on Biden's quote. According to the article, Biden said, "I signed off this morning on a proposal we have to present to Congress a request for additional funding for a new vaccine that is necessary, that works."

I see the sentence that suggested a mandate, but I don’t see biden’s actual words saying that. Do we have an actual quote from biden saying that he’ll “force everyone to take it”?
