How about this sentence in the article:
“the president told reporters that he plans to ask Congress for additional funds to develop a new vaccine, adding that he may force everyone to take it whether they previously received the initial vaccine.”
The word “mandate” isn’t there but what does HE MAY FORCE EVERYONE TO TAKE IT actually mean?

The POTUS has no authority to mandate specific medical treatments for American citizens. No one does. Enough already - I got the vaccination and the boosters through last November. I’m done.
