I watched some clips of debate this morning.
The clips I saw looked like a yell fest.
All Trump needed to do was come across as calm and reasonable, and he did that to perfection.
The Tucker interview was an opportunity for him to “act Presidential” and to show strength in the face of adversity.
All the Fox debate showed is which candidates have the best breaststroke as they circle the drain.
The GOP debate is basically like a Bud Light marketing campaign. Nobody wants what they’re selling anymore, no matter how they dress it up.
Thanks for posting.
No one bothered attacking him.
You are correct. It came across as two people having an in-depth conversation. It was both informative and enjoyable.
He said clearly that he is a president of ALL the people.
I wonder how Hannity is going to thread this needle.
“But Trump’s war with the Deep State, which now threatens to destroy the very foundations of the republic, is inextricably woven with the nation and its fate.”
Lot of wasted words in the article, which is true of most writing and talking these days, but I agree with him on the above excerpt, except I don’t agree that America will die if Trump loses, or even if a liberal wins.
Unlike the political consultants who are paid millions by the other candidates.
The influence of the leftist DILs, by my guess, was seen with the massive “Democracy 2024”, which subliminally gets seen as “Democrats 2024” loomed massively over the shrunken candidates.
And those shrunken candidates’ shrunken heads blurred pathetically into the band of deep, slurry blue that ran like a band just over the shoulders behind each of them.
That was very verbose. That essay looks like it was written by real estate agents.
Desantis has electile dysfunction.
By how much did he win in Florida last time?
I support both Trump and DeSantis, because I actually want a choice next year.
I agree with every word.
Which is why – given the enormity of the collective hole we have dug ourselves in – the idea of a normal politics-as-usual primary season was ridiculous from the start. The 2020 presidential election was undeniably the most unfair election in modern history – it necessarily produced an illegitimate outcome. That Ron DeSantis, Mike Pence, Chris Christie (and the rest) are behaving as if all of that does not matter, or that somehow the problems that got us in this dire situation as a country would miraculously vanish if Trump were removed from the picture is the ultimate indictment of their credentials. The other candidates are not serious contenders for the presidency for the simple purpose that they do not seriously care about America’s interests: if they realized the gravity of the crisis, they would have immediately stepped aside and thrown whatever miniscule political capital they harness upon the 45th President,
Hannity is pretty close to having used all of his nine lives. Too many are onto him.
I don't think he can ignore it, (maybe he will,) but he certainly can't give it any creditablity.
