I think the purpose of the "ingredient" is to kill before retirement. The vast social security liability would drop to zero.
Let’s extend this thought.
The current state of affairs for our younger generations (under 35) is that they are not putting in to SSA at the rates previous generations were/are.
So...what little is coming in is being accessed to pay welfare but not just for those in the younger generations but also the societal leeches; illegal and (H1B) legal immigrants.
Boomers are drawing in retirement, Gen-X is close to that age If they kill these 2 generations off before their time, then SSA can be salvaged and payments to illegals can continue.
Our younger generations will get payments equal to their input.
