Well, in fairness maybe a Ukrainian with a shoulder launched missile killed the jerk.

I haven’t seen any indication that a member of the Ukrainian military has the ability to aim a weapon, never mind operate it successfully.

Maybe a Frenchman put the bomb in the plane to keep him from Niger before the Legion rolls in to “Re-establish Democracy” in that sorry land. He made lots of enemies.

Its not likely, a few in the Russian military acting on their own or a third party could have carried this out. During Wagner's mutiny they shot down several helicopters and planes, and killed 30 airmen. The Russian Army and Air Force have not forgotten how they were humiliated. There are all the suspicious accidents across Russia hitting war related industries. Once is a accident, a dozen times is sabotage.

Pics of plane parts on the ground clearly show SAM damage - likely a S-300 or S-400. The 1st vid (blue sky) looks that way too. Plus, the plane was at 28,000 feet, I believe.
