Some of the hatred is just pure prejudice. Some is envy. Some is accepting as fact criticisms that are based on taking some things he has said out of context. He’s smarter than anyone on that stage. He probably should have not pushed so hard against all others on the stage as a group of establishment types, a little respect would have helped.
Nothing wrong with being prejudiced against a member of an anti-Christian caste supporting cult that is incompatible with western society.
If Trump had taken the “respectful deference” tact in the 2016 primary debates, he would have never won the nomination.
