Trump Cancels Event Where He Said He Would Show Evidence Of Election Fraud In Georgia
The Daily Wire ^ | Aug 17, 2023 | Ryan Saavedra

Former President Donald Trump said Thursday night that he is canceling a press conference that he scheduled for Monday during which he would show significant evidence that voter fraud occurred in Georgia during the 2020 presidential election.

After being indicted at the start of the week on 13 felony counts in Fulton County related to his alleged efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, Trump said on social media that he was going to be releasing a “detailed but irrefutable” report on alleged election fraud “which took place in Georgia.”

I think you are attributing to me my quotation of somebody else on this thread.

My father served during the Korean period. I served during the Viet Nam period. My son served during the Iraq-Afghanistan period.

My father was proud when I took the oath, but confided in me that he was told he was going to Korea so his son would not have to fight in some Godforsaken place halfway around the world. When my son was just a boy, as the Iraq-Afghanistan period got underway, I could see the possibility that that would happen to him.

Thank God for those who defend this nation and may we as a nation always honor them.

Let me now speak about winning and losing. Regarding Korea and Viet Nam, we won the Cold War but we didn’t win every part of the Cold War. That’s the nature of war. Even in the parts we won, we took casualties. We, the U.S., representing freedom and democracy won. The Soviet Union fell apart.

Regarding the war on terrorism, we won that one as well, not that we won every part of it. You notice that the middle east is no longer exporting terrorists to Europe or to this country. We also gave the Iraqis and the Afghanis the opportunity to have freedom and democracy, but except for the Iraqi Kurds they squandered that opportunity. Their men wouldn’t defend their country.

If our men were like the cowardly men of Iraq and Afghanistan, we would suffer a similar fate. This is is the very selfish reason why we should cherish those who serve. They are all heroes. Our military graveyards, our military hospitals, our wounded veterans and all those who serve, they are all to be honored.

Cipher, you’re correct.

In his second trial in the Senate, the House managers didn’t argue that he won. They argued that he didn’t incite a riot.

This time, with regard to the DC and the GA cases, it would again be a mistake to argue that Trump won. The argument is that Trump was seeking a recount believing - even if incorrectly - that he had won. Seeking a recount isn’t by itself illegal. Let’s see what evidence the other side has that Trump believed he had lost and was trying to steal the election.

The two other cases (one involving his taking documents that belonged to the government and the other that he falsely represented hush money payments to his paramour in some filing) involve other matters. I think the defense in the documents case is that he was working with the government for their return (and the government grew impatient). In the hush money case, that the statute of limitations had run its course.

“Soon the big proof will come. Just keep believing.”

The proof has been out there in boxcar loads since about day one.

None of the proofs have been allowed in a court of law. None.

Steve Bannon had a guy on yesterday that has been investigating the corrupt Georgia voting for years, not counting the corruption that occurred on video. He has tons of evidence. Trump won Georgia hands down.

However, if you believe that Joe Biden, who did not campaign, got 81 million votes, got more votes than Hillary or Obama, then you are mindless and it is useless to communicate with you.

His lawyers told him to hold it for the trial, you ass.

And that was an excellent move. None of the courts have been willing to hear his evidence. His frustration is understandable. If they enter it as evidence at trial, it will be heard. I hate that this is happening to the best President of my lifetime but if this is what it takes, this is what it takes.

“Our numbers are growing.”

Just whom do you pretend to speak for? Some democrat trolls post on this site and you think they are sincere?

You are so unknowing that you quickly admit to being demented.

“We’re just tired of losing to communists. And losing to communists is the Trump Train’s final stop.”

Trump did not lose. Can you get that through your thick skull? The election was stolen.

Were it not for Trump, none of these conversations would be happening, you would not be complaining about communists winning.

Anyone with a problem with Trump shouldn't be allowed here.

That's the stupidest post I've read this morning. Anyone who has a *problem* with him? Was he deified? Is he without sin?

Trump or Communism my eye. You are practically calling for Maoist political conformity. Stuff that. I want to hear the praise and the criticism...I want to hear both sides.

And if you have a problem with that, maybe YOU should leave.

Oh, you must have found a prior comment from me where I explicitly express my support for GWB. Please post it so I can relive the moment. I await with bated breath.

"Anyone with a problem with Trump shouldn't be allowed here."

You don't even see the absolute irony of posting that sentence in this forum. It's amazing.

“ The prosecution needs to prove - beyond a reasonable doubt - that Trump lost the election.”
—————

Wouldn’t the prosecution merely need to state Trump’s address? He ain’t’t the President…what more proof does he need?

It’s funny…I don’t see any of the “window licking morons” using bullying tactics and insults.

But I guess that’s your new America.

Not hardly, as John Wayne would have said. Trump’s announcement simply reminded me of Sidney Powell’s boast about all this overwhelming evidence of voter fraud that, in the end, didn’t see the light of day.

I can give Trump credit for following legal advice and not releasing any election-fraud report before the trial, but all that mouthing off just gets old.

Bullying? It’s an opinion, and a judgement. Quite frankly, anyone who anticipates a return to Reaganesque happier times is nostalgic at best. But, good luck with that.

my lawyers would prefer putting this, I believe, Irrefutable & Overwhelming evidence of Election Fraud & Irregularities in formal Legal Filings as we fight to dismiss this disgraceful Indictment by a publicity & campaign finance seeking D.A., who sadly presides over a record breaking Murder & Violent Crime area, Atlanta,” Trump wrote on social media. “Therefore, the News Conference is no longer necessary!”

Smart

Bring Sidney Powell is absurd.

Dinesh D'Souza in 2000 Mules, the Ruby Freeman video, the testimony of Jesse Morgan, mass mail-in ballot distribution and the elimination of signature verification standards are all proof of the massive voter fraud that occurred in a handful of swing states.

Anyone denying voter fraud took place is the enemy of the conservative and of having a party that represents the people as opposed to one run by an oligarchy.

You're as much a piece of scum as any leftist.

Trump has been indicted because he claims (or claimed) he lost the election because of fraud.

Therefore, the prosecution must prove - beyond a reasonable doubt - there was NO fraud, or - if they admit fraud - the fraud was LESS than 12,000 votes.

The prosecution cannot prove no fraud or minimal fraud.

Every witness called by the prosecution must be asked:

(1) How many fraudulent votes were added to Joe Biden's total?

(2) How many valid votes were fraudulently subtracted from Donald Trump's total?

No one can answer those questions.

Case dismissed!

Not my point at all.

My point is that Trump is acting the fool. He needs to listen to his lawyers more often.
