The Georgia grand jury investigating former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in the Peach State handed up 10 indictments Monday night.
After approximately 10 hours of hearing testimony and voting on potential charges, the bill was presented to Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney, who signed off on the charges shortly before 9 p.m.
Hours earlier, the court clerk’s office appeared to prematurely post the potential charges Trump was facing in the case.
The prematurely posted docket included 13 counts against the 77-year-old former president, including violation of the Peach State’s anti-racketeering law, conspiracy, false statements and asking a public official to violate their oath of office.
It was unclear when the actual indictment would be unsealed by the clerk’s office, nor was it immediately known whether Trump or his key allies like former Mayor Rudy Giuliani would be charged in the case.

Amen and prayers for all determined Americans who will get right with God and fight back!
I’m sure you thought that Rollins was a great guy when he was on the DeSantis team.
Yes. Prayers for strength and wisdom and action.
Forward!
The only war that would be fought in defense of DeSantis would be a water balloon fight.

Not me, I want them popping off every day on Free Republic.
It makes defeating them, mocking them, and rubbing salt in their wounds, much more satisfying than if they were AWOL.
We know some are testifying. AFAIK we don't that they are testifying "against him," which is what the Jack Smith gang wants of course.
Yup
Amen central_va.
You're on a roll. These TDS punks can't look past the booger hanging on the end of their nose.
Correct. Also, there aren’t supposed to be leaks regarding to the grand jury, but those rules don’t apply when a Republican is the target.
Presidents have NO power to pardon anybody convicted in state courts convicted of state crimes. Only state governors have that power.
Ingram was convicted on federal charges in federal court and sent to federal prison.
I agree, Trump is facing a lot right now.
No. It's not just Trump. It's the entire freedom loving country that is up against it. It's more than being about Trump. You can't get past that can you.
Trump split the party and his support on that day.
Nope, the party establishment has caused the split.
So it’s not the grand battle of all D vs all R that you’re making it out to be. It’s Trump, and his supporters, against mostly D’s, but a lot of R’s as well.
I NEVER said it was D vs. R. You're making that up. It's normal, freedom loving Americans vs. the uniparty.
It's paper only voting vs. machine voting. It's establishment globalists vs. MAGA. It's freedom of speech advocates vs. folks who lecture people about their peaceful and patriotic protests. I could go on.
I love freedom. One of my favorite songs of all time is Born Free by Andy Williams. Not just the music, but the lyrics. I used to have a link to the video as my tagline here. If you’ve never heard it, he makes a reference to life being only worth living if you are free. So I value freedom above almost all else, and always will.
As I’m sure you do. We have been of such a like mind on so many topics, for so many years. And probably still are, on most everything but this. But here us what you said that I was responding to:
As a freedom lover, I just do not subscribe to this fatalistic viewpoint, over the fate of Trump, alone. And one of the main reasons why, is that Trump led the lockdowns of America over covid. He even pushed against some states when they wanted to re-open, criticizing their plans as reopening too soon.
I know you like to repeatedly insist that Trump had nothing to do with the lockdowns, but that claim does not square with reality. Especially not when he was the actual impetus for them, nationwide. So the freedom of this country is not directly tied to the fate of Trump. Many of us that value freedom, actually turned against him over this very issue, or at least it played a major part.
the party establishment has caused the split.
No, J6 was the original split in Trump’s support. I was so angry I had a fight with my wife, and wasn’t even here posting. FR lost some great posters that day. Go and read SkyPilot’s last posts here for a clue of what people were feeling that day. He is a great Christian, one of my favorite posters of all time, who simply could not support Trump anymore at that point. It took me all the way up to the 2022 election to finally break free of Trump, but J6 was the maddest I ever was at him on a single day.
The polls in the immediate aftermath were horrific. 90% of Americans opposed the riot. 60% directly blamed Trump. And Trump’s support had dropped from 90% of all Republicans, to 65% in less than 2 weeks. It hasn’t recovered, nor will it. It’s only gone down.
I NEVER said it was D vs. R. You're making that up. It's normal, freedom loving Americans vs. the uniparty.
I’ve already disproven this by showing my own love for freedom. I’m not Uniparty, neither are all the other Freepers now opposed to Trump. We’re conservatives. We vote as a block as Republicans. And that is how disputes like this are inevitably resolved. And without a united Republican party behind him, that Trump squandered away, it is doubtful he will survive this, legally or politically.
But the country will survive. We’ve been through worse. Plus according to most Trump supporters, we were at our all time peak with the greatest President in history in office just three years ago. Even greater than George Washington. Ask Trump if you doubt it. So if we’re just three years removed from our peak, the end is nowhere near.
Ugh : (
.......and wants everyone to know it despite none of us caring what he says : /
Your exposition was aces!
