I know he’s worn something like a sports jacket when he’s done some events before.

He’s likely going to have some kind of bullet proof vest on, if hes there in public, so he’ll have something on just to cover that

After that, Trump gets into his motorcade, and then they, and RSBN goes to the state fair, where he’s going to be walking around in the crowd and talking to people there.
