Yeah, it's over the top. But what's the dividing line between political speech and too much political speech? As for bringing down property values, I don't think a bunch of easily removable flags will hurt all that much.

3 years ago, my community had flyers left around to Trump supporters that they intended to burn us out. No one took it seriously! Both towns of Phoenix and Talent Oregon are gone. BLM just happened to be camped in a local park harassing local citizens. Coincidence, I’m sure.
Don’t underestimate them.
