Somebody named Pollack wrote the article, not Kelly. The article claims she said "Special Counsel Jack Smith very well could ask a D.C. judge to deny Donald Trump’s release, to deny him bail once he is indicted, and arrested, and arraigned."
NOTE: could ask a DC judge...to deny which is different from the title, whoever wrote it.
I would guess that it is unlikely, but not impossible, for a DC judge to grant such a request, if Smith ever makes it, but in that event it could get overturned by a higher court.
My point is the whole idea demonstrates derangement. TDS.

if post #22 has the actual questions, they didn’t even explain what they mean by “Jan 6.” Might mean the Jan 6 Committee.
My thought as well. They want the cases to appease their base but know not to make it too obvious to the people less involved.
