We are supposed to be “Innocent Until Proven Guilty” According to our laws. But when it comes to traffic violations ( e.g. failing to stop at a STOP sign, with no camera to prove it ), you are guilty until you can prove yourself innocent.

Very often, it’s the Police Officer’s word against yours and the court often ASSUMEs that the officer is right, even if you insist that you did stop.

The judge usually knows the officers whom they have worked with many times and your just another sheep to be fleeced.

In a court of law. If you were presumed innocent, they would never pull you over
