sometimes in war there are no good guys and the population of both countries are the victims. that is the Ukraine and Russia at the time and certain crony capitalist see it as an opportunity to siphon money into their pockets. whenever is there talk about trying to mediate the conflict we as a country behave as if we are Arabs looking on at the Palestinian Israeli conflict in glee?

I am not saying Putin is a good actor because he is not. Russia invaded Ukraine because for decades, the Russians have warned about Ukraine entering NATO. The Minsk accords were an agreement where Ukraine was not to join NATO and because of pressure by Victoria Nuland and the State Department, Ukraine reneged on that promise.
Also, right after the invasion of Ukraine, Russia wanted to sign a peace agreement where they would completely withdrawal under the agreement that Ukraine NOT join NATO or the EU. Boris Johnson cajoled Zalenskyy to keep fighting. RFK Jr. brought this up two days ago on Neocon Sean Hackity’s town hall.
NATO and the west are the reason why Russia invaded. This doesn’t mean I am a Putin lover.
You need to be a little wiser than that.
